What is a discovery flight?
The first step in every aviation journey, whether the end goal is to fly hundreds of passengers internationally or take some friends on a fun local flight here and there, is to schedule a discovery flight- which will be your first opportunity to have control of an aircraft. Under the supervision of one of our professional instructors, you will receive a mini-lesson where you will have the opportunity to take off, climb, learn some basic maneuvers, and land with the purpose of confirming that aviation is something you wish to pursue. A typical discovery flights lasts approximately an hour and a half with at least an hour-long flight.
Cost
The cost of a discovery flight is a flat rate of $185. This includes aircraft rental, fuel, and instructor.

After your discovery flight.
Once you make the decision to continue flight training, you can begin scheduling regular flight lessons with an instructor. Your discovery flight instructor will assist you in the scheduling process. Our instructors have availability to accommodate almost any schedule, including evenings and weekends.
